As it is known, large-scale meeting spaces are needed in places such as Hotels, Hospitals, Universities, Cultural Centers, Wedding Halls, Theater Halls, Opera Houses and Company Centers where people come together for various events.

In these buildings with high investment costs, general meeting areas are designed and put into service under the names of Conference Hall, Meeting Hall, Theater, Opera, Wedding Hall, taking into account future needs. Partition Wall

When designing these halls, acoustic calculations are needed to ensure that the sound does not disperse or resonate, and reaches every point of the area equally, whether it is a speech or a concert accompanied by various instruments or a song.

Acoustic calculation of a conference hall. You can hear the sound on the stage equally from all parts of the hall.

Since the halls are designed for general needs, when different events take place at the same time, they are divided within their general acoustic values and made to respond to smaller divisions of two, three or more spaces.

We call the materials that create these divisions temporarily and that we use to restore them to their former positions when the event is over, Movable Partition Walls.

We call the materials that create these divisions temporarily and that we use to restore them to their former positions when the event is over, Movable Partition Walls.

These panels are lined up side by side to form a temporary fixed wall.

After this rough definition, let’s examine it technically. The panels move one after the other on a rail above. This rail is fixed by hanging it on a steel structure.

There are up and down slides on the upper and lower surfaces of the panels. The panels are moved between two walls one after the other and the slides are moved down.

They are fixed to the ground and to each other with their upward movement. Thus, when the last panel is locked, a fixed sound-insulating wall is obtained.

The width of the panels varies between 80-110 cm. The height can be from 2.4 m to 12 m. The highest we have manufactured to date is 9.45 m. Our Movable Partitions are used in more than 100 hotels, hospitals, conference and wedding halls in our country.

Movable Office Partition Walls are panels made of various materials such as rock wool, sound insulation felts, cork boards, stainless steel sheet metal, etc. that absorb sound and prevent its transmission, based on acoustic calculations, and that are placed inside an aluminum profile frame carcass, with sound insulation materials arranged on the outside.

The external surfaces of Movable Partition Walls are shaped according to the demands of the architects who design. In some panels, projects are carried out where they are covered with embroidered slatted surfaces manufactured by furniture manufacturers, as well as covered with mirrors and decorative surfaces are created from stainless steel sheet.

This is decided by the Architects who design.

Movable Partition Walls are generally manufactured in the range of 45-57 DB. Separate interior combinations are required for each DB, and this is determined according to the acoustic calculation.

Manufacturing types of Movable Partition Walls:

Movable Partition Walls:

a. Manual (The fixing of manually moved panels to the ground is provided by a cam mechanism or jack.)

Our Manual Movable Partition Wall application in a Hotel

b. Semi-Automatic, (The system in which the panel slides are moved by an electric motor and the panels are locked to each other by devices that have magnetic properties)

Semi-Automatic Movable and Glass Partition Wall

c. Fully Automatic (These are systems where the panels are taken by the chain mechanism on the panels and then arranged in order by means of the same mechanism to form a fixed wall.)

We are still manufacturing manually and semi-automatically. Fully automatic systems are being manufactured in the world, but we cannot say that they are preferred because of their very high costs.

Manual systems are manufactured with both sides solid or with glass due to their internal mechanism systems.

These systems are manufactured using Jumbo Glass up to 6 m in height.

A semi-automatic 15 m wall can be opened and assembled in 1.5-2 minutes at most.

When the Movable Partition Walls are fully closed, passages are made through single or double-wing doors.

In some businesses, it is manufactured as fire resistant (30′-60′) due to regulations.

In this case, the panel surfaces are manufactured from fire-resistant materials and a fire-resistant varnish is applied on them.

We always try to support our architects and project offices in their designs. We provide drawing support in their projects with preliminary exploration and drawings.
